1. Applicant applies for ‘Demarcation of his land’ to the concerned Tehsildar/Naib-Tehsildar.
2. RCMS captures the following details :-
- Name of the applicant’s village (mandatory)
- Current Jamabandi Daur of the above village (for eg. 2019-2020) (mandatory)
- List of khewat-numbers whose demarcation is requested by the applicant (mandatory)
- List of khatouni-numbers whose demarcation is requested by the applicant (optional)
- List of khasra-numbers whose demarcation is requested by the applicant (mandatory)
- Total area whose demarcation is requested by the applicant (like 1 ਕਨਾਲ 2 ਮਰਲੇ) (mandatory)
- Name of the owner/applicant+father’s name+grand-father’s name (mandatory)
- Type of owner (ਮਾਲਕ/ਕਾਸ਼ਤਕਾਰ/ਮਾਲਕ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਸ਼ਤਕਾਰ) (mandatory)
- Mobile No of the owner (mandatory)
- Email-id of the owner (optional)
- Date of request of Demarcation (mandatory)
